Annual Staff Wellness Blood Tests: May 14: one day only
7:30 am – 9:45 am
This test is FREE for all COCC staff
Exercise Physiology Lab (on COCC campus)
You must do a 10-12 hour fast for the
blood cholesterol panel!
Blood
Cholesterol Panel (12 hour fast required!!!): Triglycerides, Total Cholesterol,
HDL & LDL cholesterol and ratios
Glucose Testing: Screening for Hyperglycemia, Hypoglycemia, Diabetes, and Pre-Diabetes
What to do:
- Contact Lydia
(x7761) to sign up
- Bring
the release to the blood draw on May 14.
Please note that the Blood Cholesterol Test
results will be sent back to Lydia in
Mazama. Prior to completing the blood draw, you will need to sign a
release indicating that you acknowledge that these test results will not be
completely confidential. Lydia will be the only individual on campus to
view this information in the process of distribution. The results will
not be analyzed by anyone on the COCC campus and so you must consult your
physician for interpretation.
