Welcome to the Fitness page.  Content on this page will contain both physical fitness information as well as resources and activities available to staff on campus.  You may also find fitness activities under the Events page. If you know of an activity offering that should be included on this page, please select Feedback from the left menu to provide the information to the Adivsory Team for posting.

Super Staff—We Need YOU!  Staff Fitness and Staff Yoga begin the week of April 5 but the time to sign up is now!

Staff Fitness with Jenny Cruickshank meets on Tuesday and Thursday, 4 pm – 5:15 in Mazama Fit Center

Staff Yoga with Rachel Knox meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6:35 am -7:35 am in Mazama Studio

 

You can DROP IN whenever these classes work in your schedule.

 

If you have a tuition waiver, these classes are totally FREE! What?!  Yes, Free!

 

Email or call Lydia at x7761 or lhernandez@cocc.edu and sign up for either OR BOTH!!  She just needs your 82…number and the CRN(s) for the class(es) you want to attend
